At Momo, we want you to make the most of our Black Friday campaign. Here you will find all the information about the promotion, including the terms and conditions, price adjustments, and returns.

When does the Black Friday campaign take place?

The campaign runs from 23 October to 30 November 2026, inclusive. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

Where can I use the promotion?

The promotion is valid for orders placed through our official website and shipped by Momo.

Are all products included in the promotion?

No. All offers are subject to availability and are valid while stocks last. Certain products may be excluded from or removed from the promotion during the campaign.

What happens if the price drops even further after I place my order?

If the price of an item you purchased during the Black Friday campaign drops even further between 23 October and 30 November 2026, you can contact our Customer Support team to request a refund of the difference. Price adjustments are not automatic and must be requested by the customer during this period. All requests are subject to eligibility verification.

Can I return an item bought during Black Friday?

Yes. Items purchased during the promotion are subject to our standard returns policy. If the return is eligible, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid, including any discounts applied, rather than the original price. To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team.

Can I combine the Black Friday discount with other offers?

The promotion can be combined with other offers, promotions or discount codes, provided their respective terms and conditions permit. Some exclusions may apply.

Can Momo change or end the promotion?

Momo reserves the right to amend the terms of the promotion or terminate the campaign prematurely, whenever necessary, in compliance with applicable law and the customers' statutory rights.
